Box Score Greeneville, Tenn.----The 19th-ranked Tusculum University Pioneers swept through doubles play, then held off a Wingate rally in singles play, picking up the clincher in the final match of the day at four singles to knock off No. 11 Wingate 4-3 in South Atlantic Conference women's tennis action. Tusculum improves to 13-2 overall and 8-0 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 14-1 overall and 7-1 in league play.

DOUBLES

- The Pioneers swept through doubles play to pick up the point
- Tusculum won 6-3 at one doubles, while prevailing 6-4 at two and three doubles to take a 1-0 lead

SINGLES

- Claudia De Andreis tied the match with a  6-1, 6-4 victory at five singles
- The Pioneers prevailed at one and three singles to take a 3-1 lead in the match
- Camilla Ciaccia won 6-3, 6-0 at number six singles
- Alisa Rudenko picked up a 6-2, 6-4 victory at two singles to tie the match 3-3
- Chyi Lee won the first set 6-4 at four singles, but fell 4-6, 4-6 in the final two sets at TU clinched the win
