Jamie Stanclift has announced a pair of schedule updates for the upcoming week. The Bulldogs were scheduled to open the season at Barton this Sunday, but that contest has been moved up three days to this Thursday, Feb. 4 at noon. The Augusta doubleheader will now be Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 1 p.m.
Wingate was originally slated to begin the season this past Sunday at Augusta, but a full day of rain in Georgia caused that doubleheader to be postponed. The Bulldogs will now travel to Augusta Next Wednesday for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. With this weekend's weather report at Barton, the teams opted to move the game up to Thursday. The doubleheader will get underway at noon.
