What They Are Saying
Wingate sophomore student-athlete
Nick Fleming: "I played better the last two rounds, but I still left some strokes out there. I think my game is trending up."
Wingate senior student-athlete
Anthony Parziale: "This was a very challenging and demanding golf course. Both Monday and Tuesday were extremely cold in the morning, which led to the first four-to-six holes both days having to be a grind to put up good scores. Nick (Fleming) had a good tournament and I'm proud of how he grinded through the tough conditions to put up his solid scores."
"Personally, I know I can do a lot better than what my scores indicated this tournament. I will be using this week as motivation to work my butt off to compete at the South Atlantic Conference championships in two weeks."
