What They Are Saying
Wingate men's golf alumnus Collin Welborn ('25)

"If you call yourself a fan of golf, the Wingate University men's golf team needs to be at the top of your radar. Five years ago, JD Lamm came in to a program that had the building blocks of something great. Coach Lamm had a vision and a plan for developing this program into a national title contender. During my four years as a member of the men's team, I watched our tournament results improve and our postseason finishes become more and more impressive."

"This season, the Bulldogs look to have their best postseason finish in team history. The talent that Coach Lamm has both recruited and developed is arguably the best the program has ever seen. The '26 Dogs successfully defended home turf by bringing home the win in the Ralph Hargett Memorial Invitational last week."

"The Bulldogs find themselves at the top of the leaderboard yet again this week thanks to Lewis Beeden's record-breaking, opening-round 63 in LMU's Tennessee River Rumble. The future is bright for the program and they look to take their talents to the national championship again this season. I'm thankful for my time with the school and honored to watch the Bulldogs turn into a D2 men's golf powerhouse."
