Box Score Mars Hill, N.C.----The 11th-ranked Wingate University Bulldogs notched their sixth straight victory Thursday afternoon, cruising to a 7-0 victory at Mars Hill University in South Atlantic Conference women's tennis action. Wingate improves to 11-6 overall and 8-1 in the SAC, while the Lions fall to 7-10 overall and 2-8 in league play.

DOUBLES

- Camilla Ciaccia teamed with Suzuka Sambyakugari for a 6-3 win at one doubles
- Chloe Kosmrlj and Alex Lopez prevailed 6-4 at two doubles
- Wingate took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Ciaccia won 6-0, 6-1 at one singles
- Kosmrlj picked up an 8-3 victory at two singles
- Elena Gunfaus rolled to a 6-0, 6-1 win at three singles
- Lopez won 8-4 at four singles
- Flaminia Guidanoni notched a 6-0, 6-1 victory at five singles
- Sambyakugari won 8-1 at six singles
