What They Are Saying
Wingate senior student-athlete Anthony Parziale

"It is a very bitter sweet moment for me, playing in my last home tournament this week as a Wingate University Bulldog. This tournament has always meant a lot to me, as it has been the tournament every year in which my family and friends have gotten to watch me play in year after year. It feels like just yesterday that I was teeing it up in my first-ever Hargett Memorial my freshman year and in the blink of an eye, I am now teeing it up in my very last Hargett Memorial."

"I am very excited to play this week. It always means a little more getting the opportunity to try and defend our home course against our competitors. My parents have made the trip down from Long Island to watch me play in my last home tournament of my college career and I am very excited to start playing…I hope to have a very successful last home event!"

Wingate junior student-athlete Nick Fleming

"My game feels good heading into the home tournament. My game has been trending in the right direction this entire semester. For the team, we are really positive about this week and we know what we need to do to win."
