Box Score Greeneville, Tenn.----The 47th-ranked Tusculum University Pioneers knocked off #15 Wingate University 4-3 Tuesday afternoon in South Atlantic Conference women's tennis action. Tusculum improves to 13-5 overall and 9-1 in the SAC, while the Bulldogs fall to 13-3 overall and 8-1 in league play.

DOUBLES

- The Pioneers won all three doubles matches
- Chloe Kosmrlj and Alex Lopez dropped a tight 7-5 match at one doubles
- Gaya Solomon and Suzuka Sambyakugari dropped a tough 7-6 match at two doubles
- Tusculum took a 1-0 lead into singles play

SINGLES

- Sambyakugari won 6-3, 3-6, 1-0 at three singles
- Lopez prevailed 6-3, 3-6, 1-0 at five singles
- Fernanda Castillo picked up a 3-6, 7-6, 6-4 victory at six singles
- Kosmrlj dropped a tough three-set match at one singles (6-1, 2-6, 4-6)
- Flaminina Guidantoni lost a pair of 7-6 sets at four singles
