Bulldogs place three on All-SAC squads

Rock Hill, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs had three players earn all-conference honors Tuesday afternoon, when league officials announced the 2025 South Atlantic Conference men's soccer regular season award winners. Kimo Lemke is a second team All-SAC honoree, with Bailey Rhodes and Camilo Salazar earning third team accolades.

Lemke started all 15 contests for the Bulldogs, playing a team-high 1,222 minutes. Lemke was a key factor in the Bulldog defense that posted a 1.67 goals-against average. He also scored a goal in the SAC victory at Tusculum.

Rhodes appeared in 14 of 15 games, making 13 starts. He ranked second on the team, playing over 1100 minutes on the year. Rhodes was the defensive anchor for the Bulldogs, helping Wingate post three shutouts on the season.

Salazar started all 10 games he appeared in on the season, playing over 740 minutes in the 10 contests. Salazar was another key factor of the Wingate defensive efforts from the midfield position, helping the 'Dogs post the 1.67 goals-against average.
