Alfie Storer (Leeds, England) is the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Men's Golfer of the Week, league officials announce Thursday. Storer earns this honor for the second time in his career.
Storer tied for fourth place at one-over-par 217 in LMU's Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate February 9-10. He shot back-to-back 71s after an opening round 75. Presently, Storer is the No. 12 golfer in NCAA Division II.
Storer and his Wingate mates are the No. 6 team in the most recent NCAA Division II Scoreboard powered by Clippd power rankings for the 2025-26 season. Fun fact alert: Seven of the 18 squads who competed in the '26 Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate are listed in the top 25.
