Rock Hill, S.C.----The Wingate University Bulldogs had a pair of players earn WePlayed Sports South Atlantic Conference men's lacrosse Player of the Week accolades. Kyle Spence is the Offensive Player of the Week, with Trey O'Callaghan earning Defensive Player of the Week honors.

The duo helped lead eighth-ranked Wingate to a big 14-10 victory over #11 Lenoir-Rhyne in the Crown Classic in Charlotte Saturday afternoon.

Spence led the Bulldogs with five points on the day. The reigning SAC and Region Offensive Player of the Year had two goals and three assists to lead the Wingate offense on the day.

O'Callaghan helped anchor a Wingate defense that held the Bears to just 10 goals on the day. The freshman led the charge by causing three turnovers on the afternoon.
