What They Are Saying
Wingate head coach
Kevin Hennessy
"What a great weekend for #WUSWIM. Our teams stepped up in a big way that I have not seen in a while. We had strong morning swims, followed up by great final swims. We broke some team records and established lots of season and personal best times. We couldn't really ask for this competition to go much better than it did."
"Many people posted top 10 times in the country as well. The growth this team continues to show not only day-to-day, but also throughout the season is something that truly impresses me. I am very proud of our team, very proud of our coaches and very excited for what's to come with the rest of this season."
Up Next for the nationally-ranked Wingate Bulldogs
Both Wingate teams will reacquaint themselves with their professors on Monday and Tuesday, November 24-25 before taking a much-needed Thanksgiving break. The Bulldogs host South Atlantic Conference rival Carson-Newman for a two-day meet December 12-13 at the Wingate University Natatorium.
