Senior libero Maggie Malone (Chicago, Ill.) racked up 43 digs in seven sets of action as the #16 Bulldogs moved to 8-0 overall, 4-0 in the SAC, and pushed their SAC winning streak to 68 matches.

Malone averaged 6.14 digs per set, while adding an ace on the week. She had 22 digs in the 3-1 win over Tusculum. Malone collected 21 digs in the three-set victory over Mars Hill Saturday.

Malone is averaging a career-best 5.44 digs per set this season. The two-time All-SAC selection is Wingate's all-time leader in digs per set for her career. The 2009 honorable mention All-American is 93 digs shy of the school's all-time record.
