Jacob Ormerod picked up two SAC victories between the pipes last week as Wingate remains undefeated in league play with three victories in three attempts. He allowed nine goals while posting 12 saves in a 10-9 win over Lincoln Memorial Sunday. Ormerod did not allow a goal in the fourth quarter against the LMU Railsplitters.
 
Ormerod posted 17 saves and surrendered nine goals in a 16-9 triumph over Tusculum Saturday.
He started his week with a tough 8-6 loss to Rollins as he had 18 saves and eight goals allowed. Rollins scored only once in the second half against Ormerod.
 
For the week, Ormerod had a .644 save percentage and an 8.67 GAA. He gave up only 26 goals in 180 minutes. Ormerod posted 47 saves in three games. Wingate visits Young Harris Thursday and Shorter Saturday before returning to SAC play at Catawba Wednesday.
